EMULSIFYING WAX

Also called Lanette wax, emulsifying wax is a crucial ingredient of lotions and crèmes. It facilitates smooth blending of the oily and watery parts of a mixture. Only a very small amount of emulsifying wax is needed to create a creamy consistency.

Add 3 - 5% of the total quantity, or as directed by the recipe.
