Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product to us for a full refund. Please make sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return with the unopened product. Once the returned items have been received, we will process a refund for the sale price to the original payment method. Any shipping and packaging costs to return the items are to be covered by the customer, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is received in good condition.

In the case that a parcel is returned after unsuccessful delivery and was not claimed at your local delivery office, we will contact you again to arrange for redelivery. If we do not hear from you, or if you would prefer, we will process a refund for the sale price of the goods purchased. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you were sent a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, then Star Child will provide a free shipping label to cover the cost of return. We will then provide either a refund or replacement for the item. We ask that appropriate care is taken when packaging the parcel to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. Please message us at sales@starchild.co.uk to arrange the return.

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable. If a returned item was purchased using a gift card, then a gift certificate for the value of the return will be emailed to you.
