AVOCADO BUTTER

Pressed from the seeds of the Avocado fruit, this butter has to be the most luxuriously rich, smooth and lush of all the butters. Its soft and creamy texture is very nutritious and soothing for the skin, lending itself perfectly to all kinds of moisturising tissue repair preparations. It is excellent in soothing after-sun lotions and preparations intended for very dry, sensitive and problem skin types. When added to cream and lotion recipes, Avocado butter does not really harden such preparations, but will simply enhance them with its rich and creamy texture. Keep in mind, though, a little will go a long way.
