WHOLESALE ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

  • Wholesale accounts are available to High Street Retailers, Manufacturers, and Qualified Therapists.
  • You must agree not to resell our products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) unless authorised in writing.

2. Application & Approval

  • All wholesale accounts are subject to approval.
  • We reserve the right to reject or terminate an account at our discretion.
  • Upon account termination, access to wholesale pricing and services will be revoked.

3. Wholesale Pricing

  • Wholesale prices are confidential and subject to change without prior notice.

4. Wholesale Orders

  • The minimum order value is £100 for Retailers and £60 for Therapists and Manufacturers.
  • To maintain an active Retailer account, we must receive at least one order every four months. Accounts that remain inactive beyond this period may be subject to review or deactivation. If your account is deactivated due to inactivity, you may reapply at any time.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • All orders are final sale unless products are defective or damaged.
  • Any claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

7. Use of Branding & Marketing Materials

  • You may use our product images and descriptions for your own store or website with prior permission.
  • Logos, brand assets, and marketing materials remain the property of Star Child and may not be altered without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
